Eligibility/Qualification

  • Required:
  • PhD or foreign degree equivalent to a Swedish PhD.
  • Strong background in molecular biology and cell culture techniques.
  • At least one first-author publication in a recognized peer-reviewed journal.
  • Hands-on experience with human cell culture, advanced flow cytometry, and molecular biology techniques.
  • Desirable:
  • Experience in culturing and engineering human primary T cells.
  • Knowledge of immunological methods and experience with animal models of cancer.
  • Familiarity with programming and computational biology.

Job Description

You will engage in high-impact research on cellular immunotherapy, working under the mentorship of leaders in the field. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and conducting experiments related to T cell differentiation and functionality.
  • Implementing workflows for TCR repertoire and phenotype characterization of tumor-reactive T cells.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and participating in workshops to foster a creative research environment.
