Eligibility/Qualification

  • A doctoral degree or equivalent in Molecular Biology, Biomedicine, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related fields.
  • Preferably completed doctoral degree within the last three years.
  • Strong interest in development, genome regulation, and single-cell technologies.

Job Description

Wet Lab Postdoc Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate iPSCs and develop 3D kidney models.
  • Perform genome/epigenome CRISPR editing in iPSCs/mice.
  • Conduct systems hypoxia studies in mouse models.
  • Utilize flow cytometry, microscopy, and advanced molecular technologies.
  • Share insights through presentations and publications.
  • Supervise student projects and contribute to reports and documentation.

Computational Postdoc Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and integrate single-cell and spatial multiomic datasets.
  • Enhance models linking transcription factors and regulatory elements.
  • Use deep learning approaches for genomic analyses.
  • Explore Tibetan population genomics data.
  • Supervise student projects and contribute to reports and documentation.
