Eligibility / Qualification
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- PhD in Organic Chemistry and/or Organometallic Chemistry
- Experience handling air- and moisture-sensitive compounds (highly desirable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High motivation, enthusiasm for science, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to lead and mentor graduate students
- Commitment to learning and developing new skills as required
Job Description
Selected candidates will:
- Design and synthesize novel phosphorus-based organic molecules
- Perform structural, photophysical, and chiroptical characterization
- Develop multifunctional molecular materials for advanced applications
- Contribute to interdisciplinary research projects
- Communicate research findings through seminars, publications, and conferences
- Collaborate within an international research team
- Supervise and mentor graduate students when required
