About the Role
A postdoctoral research position is available to investigate the epigenetic and signalling mechanisms at the transition from normal to pre-cancerous. This is a collaborative project between cancer epigenetics experts and computational biologists to understand how stress signals rewire the epigenome and cell identities.
About You
Essential Requirements:
- PhD (or near completion) in a relevant biological subject.
- Significant laboratory experience in molecular biology/biochemistry.
- Experience in (epi)genomics techniques (WGBS/EM-seq/EPIC arrays/CUT&RUN/CUT&Tag) or NGS would be strongly desirable.
- Experience in R/Python will be a significant advantage.
