SalaryResearch Grade 7: £39,424 – £47,779 p.a. (inclusive of a pensionable Oxford University Weighting of £1,730 per year)

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and applying advanced mathematical and statistical methods for analyzing high-dimensional imaging data, specifically focusing on Spatial Transcriptomics and Multiplex Immunofluorescence platforms. Tasks will include:

  • Adapting existing methods to analyze spatial characteristics and cellular interactions in relation to neoadjuvant therapy responses.
  • Developing computational techniques to identify significant spatial interactions linked to therapeutic outcomes.
  • Engaging in independent study and attending training courses to enhance skills in computational biology and mathematical spatial analysis.
