Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and applying advanced mathematical and statistical methods for analyzing high-dimensional imaging data, specifically focusing on Spatial Transcriptomics and Multiplex Immunofluorescence platforms. Tasks will include:
- Adapting existing methods to analyze spatial characteristics and cellular interactions in relation to neoadjuvant therapy responses.
- Developing computational techniques to identify significant spatial interactions linked to therapeutic outcomes.
- Engaging in independent study and attending training courses to enhance skills in computational biology and mathematical spatial analysis.
