Job Description: The Postdoctoral Research Associate will conduct research in Organic Chemistry and Catalysis, actively participating in the analysis and dissemination of data results through group meetings, manuscripts, periodic reports, and scientific papers/presentations. The role includes making presentations at group meetings and other venues, providing advice and assistance to laboratory team members, and acting as a mentor to students. Additionally, responsibilities involve attending scientific meetings, staying updated on research literature, participating in grant proposal writing, maintaining laboratory instrumentation, and adhering to safety standards.
