Research Area:
Modeling of frustrated systems, including applications in nanomagnets, colloids, liquid crystals, mechanical metamaterials, and quantum machines.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Education/Experience: Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Physics or a related field (e.g., Applied Mathematics, Materials Science, or Computer Science), with completion within the last five years or near completion.
- Required Skills:
- Strong foundation in Physics, Mathematics, and Complex Systems.
- Proven record of independent, interdisciplinary research.
- Flexibility in employing various research tools, including analytical methods and numerical simulations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with experimentalist groups.
- Desired Skills: Experience in classical Monte Carlo and Quantum Monte Carlo methods, and familiarity with Quantum Machines such as D-Wave systems and QuEra.
