Eligibility/Qualification

  • PhD in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated research expertise in electrochemical systems, electrocatalysis, or device prototyping.
  • Strong experimental capability in spectroscopy, electrochemistry, and device prototyping.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team across disciplines.

Job Description

The Postdoctoral Research Associate will contribute to a discovery project on photoelectrochemical ammonia synthesis funded by the Australian Research Council. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research in electrochemical technology and prototype design.
  • Applying expertise in spectroscopy, electrochemistry, and device prototyping.
  • Engaging in hands-on laboratory work and iterative troubleshooting.
  • Mentoring junior researchers.
