The postdoctoral fellow will engage in the following research areas:
- Development and application of novel methods for high-dimensional omics data, including single-cell and spatial multi-omics and cell-free DNA methylation.
- Longitudinal omics data analysis.
- Creating generalizable algorithms for cell type deconvolution, data purification, and integration for single-cell omics data.
- Applying methodologies to molecular data in pediatric CNS tumors, leukemias, and other cancers.

Eligibility/Qualification

Job Description
