Job Description
The successful candidate will investigate signaling pathways involved in innate immune responses, inflammation, cell death mechanisms (including NLRs, caspases, inflammasomes, and PANoptosis), and their connections to adaptive immunity (T cells). Candidates should have experience in methods such as:
- Macrophage and primary cell culture
- T cell analyses
- Western blotting
- qPCR
- CRISPR
- Co-immunoprecipitation experiments
