Eligibility/Qualification:
- Qualifications: A PhD (or near completion) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related subject.
- Experience:

- High-quality academic research experience.
- Ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences.
