✅ Eligibility / Qualification

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong research track record in top-tier venues such as:
    • NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV
  • Solid background in mathematics (especially algebraic topology & differential geometry preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks:
    • PyTorch / JAX (mandatory)
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in protein/molecular modeling
  • Familiarity with TopoX software
  • Strong collaborative and mentoring abilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Conduct original research in topological and geometric deep learning
  • Design and develop novel algorithms for AI4Science applications
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary experts across ML, CV, and mathematics
  • Publish research in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ICLR, etc.)
  • Implement solutions using modern DL frameworks (PyTorch/JAX)
  • Contribute to projects in:
    • 3D Vision
    • Generative Models

  • Mentor PhD and MSc students
