Eligibility/Qualification

  • A doctorate in STEM education, learning sciences, or a closely related field by the start date (February 2026).
  • Evidence of expertise in STEM teaching, STEM pedagogy, or technology-enhanced learning.
  • Familiarity with AI literacy frameworks and the application of AI in educational settings.

Job Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Conduct research on STEM education and AI literacy across K–12 and higher education.
  • Design and study instructional innovations that integrate generative AI into STEM curricula.
  • Lead professional development for teachers on the effective use of AI tools in classrooms.
  • Publish scholarly work and disseminate findings to academic, practitioner, and policy communities.
  • Collaborate with the Center Director on STEM education initiatives and multidisciplinary programs.
  • Mentor graduate students engaged in related research.
