Eligibility/Qualification
- A 1st class or 2:1 degree in Immunology or related field with relevant postgraduate research experience.
- A PhD in Immunology or associated subject, or equivalent professional qualification and/or experience in the field of Immunology.
- Proficiency in tissue harvesting, advanced (>12 parameter) flow cytometric analysis, and FACS-purification of immune cells from animal models.
- Experience in generating bone marrow chimeric mice and adoptive transfer of immune cells.
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, including preparation for transcriptional profiling.
