Eligibility/Qualification
- Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), Computer Science (CS), or a related field by the time of appointment.
- Hands-on experience in machine learning and deep learning modeling and analysis.
- Proficiency in utilization of containers and understanding of data analytics modeling.
- Strong publication record in relevant areas.
- Experience in Reinforcement Learning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Motivated to produce publications, write research proposals, and mentor students.
Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role that involves:
- Conducting advanced research in UWBG semiconductor processes.
- Developing new fabrication, processing, and doping strategies for novel UWBG heterointerfaces.
- Creating scanning probe microscopy techniques for UWBG characterization.
- Building AI-based models to investigate materials and heterostructures.
- Publishing research findings and participating in academic conferences.
- Collaborating with faculty members and contributing to the training of graduate and undergraduate students.
