Job Description
In this full-time, fixed-term role until February 28, 2028, the Postdoctoral Research Fellow will:
- Research and develop deep learning models and techniques to detect sugarcane weeds in remote sensing images.
- Design and deliver training materials for the ARC Training Centre in Plant Biosecurity.
- Collaborate with industry partners, including Sugar Research Australia, and participate in various research activities connected to the Centre.
- Co-supervise PhD students within the Centre.
- Manage multiple competing priorities while working independently and as a part of a diverse research team.
