Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Yeast Integrative Multiomics
As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, you will be an integral part of the “Effects of polyploidization during adaptive evolution in yeasts (PloidYeast)” project led by Dr. David Peris, funded by the Research Council of Norway. Your role involves multiomics research on ancestral and evolved yeast polyploids in various media conditions. You will develop bioinformatic tools, integrate omic data using machine learning techniques, and contribute to advancing the understanding of yeast adaptation and evolution.
