Eligibility / Qualification
- Completion or near completion of a PhD in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in molecular biology techniques, including DNA cloning and manipulation.
- Demonstrated skills in protein expression and purification.
- Proficiency in bacterial culture and aseptic laboratory techniques.
- Experience in assay development, biosensors, or monoclonal antibodies usage.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and occupational health guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Description
As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and contributing to focused research endeavors aligned with vaccine functional assay development.
- Cloning and purifying recombinant antigens.
- Developing enzyme-based and biochemical assays.
- Producing quality research outputs for publication and contributing to research funding applications.
- Supporting and supervising research assistants and students.
- Engaging in collaborative efforts to contribute to internal and external research activities.
