Eligibility / Qualification

  • Completion or near completion of a PhD in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in molecular biology techniques, including DNA cloning and manipulation.
  • Demonstrated skills in protein expression and purification.
  • Proficiency in bacterial culture and aseptic laboratory techniques.
  • Experience in assay development, biosensors, or monoclonal antibodies usage.
  • Knowledge of laboratory safety and occupational health guidelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description

As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and contributing to focused research endeavors aligned with vaccine functional assay development.
  • Cloning and purifying recombinant antigens.
  • Developing enzyme-based and biochemical assays.
  • Producing quality research outputs for publication and contributing to research funding applications.
  • Supporting and supervising research assistants and students.
  • Engaging in collaborative efforts to contribute to internal and external research activities.
