Postdoctoral Research Fellowship – RECHARGE Project: The Department of Information Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics at the University of L’Aquila invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship within the framework of the PRIN 2022 PNRR project RECHARGE. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge research in software engineering, focusing on performance regression monitoring, testing, and characterization.

Research Area: Software Engineering, with emphasis on:
- Performance Regression Analysis
- Software Testing
- Software Refactoring
- Software Performance Monitoring
- Program Analysis
Location: University of L’Aquila, Italy
Eligibility/Qualification: Candidates should:
- Hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field (or have a planned defense soon)
- Have a (possibly strong) background in one or more of the mentioned research areas
- Demonstrate a track record of high-quality research publications
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Exhibit strong multitasking abilities
Job Description: The selected candidate will:
- Conduct research related to the PRIN 2022 PNRR project “RECHARGE”
- Collaborate with the project team and principal investigators
- Contribute to the development of research methodologies and tools
- Disseminate research findings through publications and presentations
- Participate in project meetings and academic activities
Terms and Salary:
- The position is (renewable) fixed-term for one year, starting March 1st, 2024.
- The salary will be €32.600,00 per year before taxes (approximate monthly net income of €2000).
