Postdoctoral Research Opportunity: The Department of Electrical and Systems Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania is inviting applications for a Postdoctoral Research position. The role involves conducting cutting-edge research in the areas of ferroelectric thin-films, two-dimensional materials, and memory devices. The successful candidate will work under the joint supervision of Professor Deep Jariwala and Professor Troy Olsson. The position is open immediately, with preferred start dates in August or September of 2023. The appointment is for an initial period of 1 year and is renewable.   • Experience in micro/nanofabrication and electronic charge transport is desirable.
  • A demonstrated record of scholarly research publications in the above areas.
