Postdoctoral Research Position in Computational Oncology and Machine Learning

Location: Institute of Informatics, Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics, and Mechanics, University of Warsaw, Poland.
Eligibility/Qualification:
- Doctoral degree in computer science, mathematics, machine learning, bioinformatics, or physics.
- Publications stemming from the Ph.D.
- Documented experience in programming with publicly available code (e.g., GitHub).
- Interest in healthcare/medicine, particularly oncology.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
Job Description: The selected candidate will be employed on an employment contract for a negotiable project duration of 1 to 2 years. The work involves the development of computational methods for quantitative analysis of tumor subclones and their microenvironment. The postdoc is expected to collaborate with Master and Ph.D. students and actively contribute to publishing project results. The monthly gross salary is approximately 7,100 PLN, and participation in conferences/scientific visits is planned.
