Research Area:
The project will explore the molecular and cellular mechanisms in the airway wall of patients with severe asthma, utilizing advanced computational analyses and single-cell transcriptomic data generation.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- A(n) (almost) completed PhD degree in a relevant discipline (computational biology, biomedical sciences)
- Background in cellular, biochemical, and molecular analysis techniques
- Experience in high-dimensional single-cell transcriptomic data generation and analysis
- Strong motivation for scientific research in an interdisciplinary and international environment
- Excellent English presentation and writing skills
- Preferred track record in respiratory research
- Good organizational and communication skills, being a team player
Job Description:

- Chart molecular mechanisms active in patients with severe asthma
- Compare transcriptional phenotypes with experimental models
- Collaborate with PhD students on the project
- Engage in integrated analyses of datasets with state-of-the-art computational methods
