Eligibility/Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in a relevant field.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in human/mouse B cell biology, flow cytometry, and single-cell RNA sequencing.
- Proficiency in sterile techniques for mammalian tissue culture with BSL-2+ practices, and ELISA/ELI spot.
- Interest in antibody immunology and clinically-focused basic immunology/vaccinology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in bacteriology research and bioinformatics.
- Familiarity with BSL-2+ biospecimens, DNA sequencing, and genomics.
Job Description
- Conduct research on B cell biology and the immune response to H. Pylori.
- Involvement in vaccine design and development for H. Pylori and malaria.
- Engage with systems immunology and human antibody approaches.
Candidates must be open to learning new skills related to systems serology, antibody cloning, purification, and biolayer interferometry (BLI)/surface plasmon resonance (SPR) binding assays.
