Postdoctoral Research Position – Avian, University of South Dakota, USA

Post-Doctoral Fellowship Position at USA, Ozbolat Laboratory at Penn State

Postdoctoral Research Position – Avian: A postdoctoral research position is available immediately in the laboratory of David Swanson at the Department of Biology, University of South Dakota. The research focuses on studying the mechanisms, costs, trade-offs, and fitness consequences of physiological flexibility in passerine birds. Collaborating with Drs. Yufeng Zhang from the University of Memphis and Ana Jimenez from Colgate University, the project involves integrative studies at molecular, cellular, tissue, and organismal levels. The research will investigate natural seasonal flexibility and temperature acclimation in relation to stable and fluctuating temperatures.

Designation: Postdoctoral Researcher

Research Area: Avian Physiological Flexibility

Location: Department of Biology, University of South Dakota, Vermillion, SD, USA
