The KLUST Post-Doctoral Programme offers researchers an opportunity to conduct advanced research remotely under the guidance of an assigned KLUST supervisor. The programme duration is up to 1 year and incurs no fee. Participants are required to submit quarterly progress reports and fulfill completion requirements to receive a certificate signed by the PVC and Head of RMC.

- Review: The Head of RMC will review the application.
- Offer & Appointment: If successful, an Offer Letter (No.2) will be issued. Upon acceptance, a Letter of Appointment with Terms of Reference (No.3) will be provided.
- Programme Commencement: The one-year postdoctoral appointment begins.
- Progress & Completion: Submit quarterly progress reports. Upon completion, submit the Completion Form (No.4) and evidence for review by RMC.
- Certification: Receive your Certificate (No.5) signed by the PVC and Head of RMC.
