- Proven experience in fabrication of 3D micro/nanoscale devices using residual stress engineering
- Expertise in sputtering, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), and dry etching techniques
- Experience with material and structural characterization techniques such as:
- XRD
- SEM
- EDX
- Profilometry
- Interferometry
- Ability to use optical profilometry and laser Doppler vibrometry

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Fabrication process design for 3D microdevices
- Design of masks for 3D structures
- Microfabrication of 3D devices with controlled geometries
- Development of 3D structures using stress engineering
- Characterization of 3D device technologies
- Scaling up of 3D microdevices
- Optimization of microfabrication recipes, particularly deposition techniques
