Eligibility/Qualification

Postdoctoral Researcher

  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, or related field.
  • Strong background in semiconductor processing, materials science, or micro/nano-fabrication.
  • Experience in new lab setup is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and mentoring abilities.

Ph.D. Student

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related discipline.
  • Interest in semiconductors, nanomaterials, and device physics.
  • Prior cleanroom or fabrication experience is a plus but not required.
  • Highly motivated, research-driven, and willing to work in an interdisciplinary environment.

Job Description

Postdoctoral Researcher

  • Contribute to research in semiconductor devices, nanomaterials, and optoelectronics.
  • Lead cleanroom setup, fabrication processes, and device characterization.
  • Mentor Ph.D. and undergraduate students.
  • Take leadership in group development and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.

Ph.D. Student

  • Conduct independent and collaborative research in semiconductor devices and materials.
  • Participate in cleanroom-based fabrication and device testing.
  • Publish research findings in high-impact journals and present at conferences.
  • Work closely with the PI and group members on funded projects.
