Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Extensive experience in experimental lab work
- Strong background in protein biochemistry and biophysics
- Knowledge in liquid/liquid phase separation and/or structural biology is highly desirable
- Demonstrated interest in green biotechnology
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and collaborative research setting
- Enthusiasm for scientific discussions and problem-solving
Job Description:
- Conduct research on generating synthetic dedicated organelles for bioplastics production
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in genetic engineering, synthetic biology, microscopy, biochemistry, and protein biophysics
- Actively participate in scientific discussions and problem-solving within the research group
- Perform experimental lab work, data analysis, and contribute to publications
