Location: IDIBELL, part of the Regenbell program, Catalonia, Spain
Eligibility/Qualification:
- Professional experience: Biomedical research during PhD and/or postdoctoral training
- Education and training: PhD degree in molecular/cell biology, biochemistry, biomedicine, or related field; Up-to-date animal license certificate
- Technical & soft skills: Excellent technical skills, experience with mouse models, biochemical and cell biology techniques, motivation, team player, capacity to work autonomously, project planning, analytical and critical thinking, ethics, integrity, information seeking; Ability to work independently and advise predoctoral researchers; Background and interest in epithelial regeneration, haematopoiesis, and/or aging
- Languages: Good command of the English language
We will value, but not required:
- Expertise in bioinformatic data analysis of RNAseq and scRNAseq data
- Expertise in sequencing approaches (library preparation and sequencing)
- Expertise in flow cytometry
