Eligibility / Qualification

  • PhD degree (completed before program start)
  • Researchers currently residing outside Spain
  • Strong academic background in energy, engineering, or related fields
  • Demonstrated research potential and interest in energy transition technologies
  • Willingness to participate in international mobility and industry collaboration

Job Description

  • Conduct advanced research in key energy transition technologies
  • Collaborate with leading international universities and research institutes
  • Participate in interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral research projects
  • Spend:
    • 18–21 months in academic institutions
    • 3–6 months at Iberdrola facilities (industry exposure)
  • Contribute to innovation in renewable energy and smart energy systems
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer between academia and industry
