Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, data science, environmental health, or a related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating scientific or research projects, preferably involving international and/or multi-cohort collaborations.
- Proficiency in R and/or Python for data processing, statistical analysis, and visualization.
- Strong understanding of exposome concepts and methodologies, along with knowledge of data governance in international health research.
Job Description:
The postdoctoral researcher will be involved in the evaluation of tools and resources in the IHEN toolbox, focusing on international cohorts and urban and social exposome factors. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the implementation of a multi-cohort demonstrator project.
- Liaising with international partners for data processing and statistical analyses.
- Developing analytical pipelines using R or Python.
- Conducting meta-analyses and documenting results.
- Evaluating exposome tools for usability and accessibility.
- Collaborating across work packages and supporting dissemination activities.
