Job Description:
The postdoctoral researcher will engage in state-of-the-art experimental research focused on:
- Investigating mechanical properties of HEA nanoparticles through in-situ transmission electron microscopy (TEM) techniques.
- Performing nanoindentation to determine yield stress values and assess plastic deformation behaviors.
- Setting up analysis procedures for experimental data.
- Conducting molecular dynamics and finite element calculations to support experimental findings.
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative consortium which includes five partner institutions, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer and expertise.
