Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- Lead an independent research project focusing on integrating bioinformatic workflows, evaluating enzyme function, and developing a cell-free synthesis platform for oxygen-labile multi-subunit enzymes.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to teaching and supervision activities within the group.
Eligibility/Qualification
- Required Qualifications:
- Recently obtained PhD (within 5 years) in bioengineering, synthetic biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline.
- Strong publication record or clear evidence of high-quality research output.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in competitive research projects.
- Essential Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- High-throughput enzyme prototyping platforms.
- Engineering and activity characterization of oxygen-sensitive enzymes.
