Eligibility/Qualification: PhD degree in computational science including biology, bioinformatics, cheminformatics, computational (bio)chemistry or biophysics. Strong command of English communication skills required. Proficiency in programming languages (Python, C/C++), machine learning methods (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and computational biochemistry or biophysics is essential.
Job Description: The selected candidate will work on developing machine learning architectures for enzymatic reactions in collaboration with a software developer and an experimental Postdoc candidate. Responsibilities include contributing to the ML framework, collaborating closely with PhD students, and pursuing innovative research at the intersection of computational and experimental enzymology.
