  • Skills: Proficiency in R or Python programming, experience in data analysis and visualization, and strong mathematical skills.
  • Language: Fluency in written and spoken English.

Job Description

The candidate will engage in:

  • Developing methods for analyzing intricate datasets in single-cell biology.
  • Addressing data-related biases and integrating multi-omics data.
  • Collaborating with research teams at SciLifeLab under the National Program for Data-driven Life Science (DDLS).
