🎓 Eligibility / Qualification:

General Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences, Data Science, Complex Systems, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in collaborative research teams.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated commitment, motivation, and initiative.

Specific Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of experience in Complex Systems, Network Science, or Data Science.
  • Programming skills in Python, including libraries such as NetworkX.
  • Experience with data platforms such as MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with multicultural and multilingual research environments.

📋 Job Description:

  • Participate in the ERA Chair project “CBeRa”, developing integrative approaches to biomedical research.
  • Work with complex, multi-scale, and heterogeneous health data.
  • Collaborate with the CBeRa team, project coordinator Prof. Pedro Simas, and ERA Chair holder Prof. Luis Rocha.
  • Engage in knowledge transfer, scientific publishing, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of tools and models for holistic health analysis.
