Eligibility/Qualification

  • Essential:
  • PhD (or progressing towards a PhD) in computational biology, bioinformatics, genomics, statistics, physics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Proven ability to analyze large-scale sequencing data using R, Python or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience with cancer genomics, single-cell analysis, or long-read sequencing data.
  • Familiarity with high-performance computing environments.
  • Publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Job Description

As a postdoctoral researcher, you will:

  • Analyze multiomic long-read and single-cell data from patient samples to develop novel biological insights.
  • Contribute to funded projects focusing on genomically complex sarcomas and somatic mosaicism while developing your own research.
  • Develop computational tools and workflows to integrate multimodal datasets.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, biologists, and data scientists.
  • Present research findings at international conferences and publish in high-visibility journals.
