Eligibility/Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, the applicant must possess:
- A PhD degree in molecular medicine, molecular biology, computer science, or a related discipline at the time of recruitment.
- A strong background in genomics and experience with multi-omics techniques.
- Previous experience in bioinformatics is highly desirable.
- Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written) and effective communication skills.
- Independent and critical thinking abilities, with prior contributions to productive research.
Note: Candidates who obtained their PhD no more than three years before the application deadline are preferred, though exceptional cases may be considered.
Job Description:
As a postdoctoral researcher, you will:
- Independently plan and conduct experiments related to neuron–glioma interactions.
- Utilize genome-wide sequencing methods (HiChIP, Hi-C, ChIP-seq, CUT&RUN, RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq).
- Perform bioinformatics analyses, with support from team bioinformaticians.
- Work with cell lines in culture.
- Communicate research findings at national and international meetings.
