Postdoctoral Researcher in Ceramic Materials: The Max-Planck-Institute for Sustainable Materials (MPI-SusMat) is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to contribute to the “Sustainable Remodeling of Ceramics: Lessons from Growing Interfaces of Echinoderms” project.   • Language: Proficient in English.

Job Description

As a Postdoctoral Researcher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting high-resolution analyses using atom probe tomography (APT).
  • Preparing samples using focused ion beam (FIB) techniques.
  • Performing microstructural characterizations through electron microscopy methods such as SEM/FIB and TEM.
  • Coordinating and managing collaboration with project partners.
  • Publishing scientific results in international journals and presenting findings at conferences.
