Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Biology, Life Sciences, Molecular Biomedicine, Biotechnology or a similar topic.
- Strong background in computational biology, bioinformatics, biomathematics, or comparable computer programming skills.
- Experience in the analysis of single-cell RNA-Seq and bulk RNA-Seq data.
- Background in biology, preferably immunology.
- Very good communication and writing skills in English.
- Enthusiasm to work in a thriving academic research environment.
- Interest in working in an international environment.
- Strong collaborative attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

The Department of Genomics & Immunoregulation at the University of Bonn’s LIMES Institute is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to join the national consortium ITREAT. The successful candidate will be part of a team analyzing immunological multiomics data and improving/developing computational approaches using state-of-the-art technologies and IT infrastructure.
