Job Description:
Within the GANANA project, the candidate will focus on the following areas:
- Development of an Integrative Modelling framework for Biomolecular Complexes.
- Extensions of HADDOCK for modeling modified nucleic acids.
- Development of improved AI models for protein-protein interactions.
- Creation of an AI-driven Immunogenic Peptide Prediction framework.
- Deployment and optimization of HADDOCK on Indian HPC Cloud resources.
The position allows for active engagement with interdisciplinary teams across Europe and India, providing opportunities for collaborative visits to partner labs. The role is expected to enhance both research and managerial skills.
