Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Relevant experience: 1 to 4 years
  • Solid knowledge in surface chemistry, catalysis, DFT, and machine learning (ML).
  • Familiarity with VSAP software and Python.
  • Strong communication skills in English and a proactive attitude towards research.

Job Description:

  • Missions:
  • Develop digital tools that integrate density functional theory (DFT) and machine learning (ML) to optimize catalytic processes.
  • Conduct theoretical calculations to identify potential catalysts for aromatic monomer synthesis.
  • Collaborate closely with experimental teams and contribute to database development based on DFT calculations and material properties.
  • Activities:
  • Perform theoretical calculations for catalyst selection.
  • Interact with experimental researchers.
  • Build a comprehensive database utilizing DFT and ML findings.
