Job Description
Within the GANANA project, the successful candidates will contribute to the further development of the HADDOCK integrative modeling platform. You will own one or more areas including:
- Development of a framework for Integrative Modeling of Biomolecular Complexes
- Extensions for the modeling of modified nucleic acids
- Development of AI models for protein-protein interactions
- Creation of frameworks for AI-driven Immunogenic Peptide Prediction
- Deployment and optimization of HADDOCK on Indian HPC Cloud resources
The role includes engaging with European and Indian research teams and attending collaborative visits to partner labs. This position not only offers research opportunities but also helps in developing collaboration, management, and leadership skills.
