Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- Characterize various fat mixtures using analytical techniques such as chromatography, NMR, and differential scanning calorimetry.
- Determine the crystallization behavior of fat mixtures using X-ray scattering techniques, polarized and Raman confocal microscopy.
- Analyze X-ray data to infer the structural features of different polymorphs formed in specific fat mixtures.
- Develop thermodynamic models to describe the crystallization behavior of complex fat mixtures.
- Generate and pursue independent research ideas and objectives.
- Prepare research papers for publication and disseminate research results.
- Collaborate with an international research team and engage with academic and industrial partners.
- Contribute to the training of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
