Eligibility/Qualification:
- A thesis-based doctorate in the field of electromechanics.
- Completed PhD by the date of recruitment. For diplomas obtained outside the EU, a certificate of equivalence from NARIC is required.
- Proven experience in high-quality scientific research evidenced by publications in journals and conference contributions.
- Proficiency in numerical simulation tools and control systems development.
- Experience in supervising master’s or doctoral students.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with a diverse team.
Job Description:
The responsibilities of the postdoctoral researcher include:
- Conducting high-quality academic research in adaptive tuning of electromechanical systems.
- Developing tools and algorithms for adaptive control and autotuning.
- Continuing development of an existing set-up on control of electric powertrains.
- Supervising doctoral and master’s students in their research.
- Coordinating projects and disseminating research results.
- Contributing to the acquisition of funding for research activities.
- Supporting educational activities in the field of the vacancy.
