Postdoctoral Researcher in Epigenetic Regulation: A postdoctoral researcher position (M/W) is available in the field of epigenetic regulation and cancer in Giacomo Cavalli’s team. The project focuses on characterizing the 3D genome organization during plasmacytic differentiation and in Multiple Myeloma (MM) cells. The objective is to understand molecular mechanisms involved in pathophysiology and contribute to designing new therapies.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in life sciences.
- Experience in molecular biology, advanced imaging, biochemistry.

- Proficient in English (oral and written, C1 level).
Job Description:
Postdoctoral Researcher in Epigenetic Regulation and Cancer
- Characterize 3D genome features associated with plasma cell differentiation and myelomagenesis.
- Investigate alterations to the 3D architecture of the genome and their impact on gene expression.
- Study 3D chromatin organization in MM lines and purified MM cells from patients.
- Utilize multiomics strategies, including Hi-C, microC, imaging, epigenomics, transcriptomics, and epitranscriptomics.
- Contribute to project design, develop methodologies, perform experiments, analyze data, manage collaborations, and write publications.
