Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and integrating autonomous experimental systems for high throughput formulation and characterization of heat dissipating formulations (HDFs).
  • Designing and optimizing workflows for material handling and formulation processes.
  • Implementing machine learning algorithms for data-driven optimization of formulation and processing conditions.
  • Automating handling and processing of high-viscosity materials and powders.
  • Analyzing experimental data and refining methodologies for improved material performance.
  • Training students and supporting industrial collaborators on SDL operations and discoveries.
  • Collaborating with engineers and data scientists to enhance system performance.
  • Preparing and presenting clear, concise materials to communicate results and insights effectively.
  • Supporting research-focused events and collaborations within the community.
