Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Life Sciences with a strong interest in molecular genetics, genomics, and developmental biology.
- Experience in mammalian development and/or embryonic models is preferred, though training will be provided if needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently, with excellent organizational and communication skills in English.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will:
- Investigate the developmental and molecular consequences of abnormal X-linked gene expression using in vivo and ex vivo models.
- Contribute to defining research strategy, conducting experiments, analyzing data, and disseminating results.
- Supervise students and assist in team collaborations.
- Engage actively in the research environment and contribute to an inclusive and diverse team culture.
Terms of Employment:
- ERC-funded contract for one year, renewable up to three years.
- Expected start date: Between February and June 2025.
- Salary range: €2990 – €4166 EUR (gross per month), with approximately 25-31% taxation.
