About the Research Group

Dr. hab. Michał R. Gdula leads the Developmental Epigenetics Research Group at Adam Mickiewicz University. The lab investigates how epigenetic regulation and 3D genome organization control gene transcription during development, differentiation, and cancer.

Dr. Gdula completed his PhD in Bradford (UK) and postdoctoral research at Boston University (USA) and Oxford University (UK) before establishing his lab in Poznań in 2019 through the NAWA Polish Returns and NCN OPUS programs.
