Eligibility/Qualification:

  • A PhD or foreign degree deemed equivalent to a doctorate is required.
  • Candidates must have expertise in molecular tools (e.g., CRISPR), cell culture, molecular cloning, and bioinformatics analyses.
  • Proficiency in statistics and programming is highly meriting, especially in gene regulatory networks, machine learning, and bioinformatics tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills are necessary.
  • Experience in mentoring students is a plus.

Job Description:

The postdoctoral position involves a combination of experimental and computational work aimed at developing technologies for regenerative cell therapies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting experimental work using CRISPR-based transcriptional control, molecular cloning, cell culture, and standard laboratory methods like flow cytometry and RT-qPCR.
  • Analyzing omics data and computational modeling.
  • Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team focused on advancing therapeutic applications through synthetic biology techniques.
  • Mentoring student researchers in the lab.
